Manual Therapy Institute’s (MTI) privacy policy has been created because we value our clients and are committed to respecting and protecting their privacy. This statement discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices.

Collecting information on visitors

MTI may collect non-personally identifiable information about you which may include tracking your activities through your IP address and the use of cookies. We do not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless you voluntarily submit such information to us, such as when registering for a course or purchasing a product, filling out a form or survey or emailing us.

Collecting information on Registered Members

When you become a registered member on our site, we ask you to provide your name, qualifications, email and postal addresses and certain other information. We gather this information to better understand our clients needs, improve our customer service, to process orders and to send you emails about upcoming courses and offers. You may update this information at any time by logging in as a registered member.

Payment details

Payment information sent from forms on this website will be collected and transferred using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to a third party payment gateway (Commweb). Credit Card details are only collected for the processing of payment and will be deleted once payment is processed.

Email communications from MTI
MTI provides you with information about our offered services in email newsletters. This free service is sent to registered users and provides the option of opting out of future newsletters by unsubscribing. MTI may also make you aware of additional products and services such as course reviews, discount offers and courses and products available on third party websites.

Storage & security of personal information
MTI takes all reasonable steps to ensure the security of our system. Any information which we hold for you is stored on secure servers that are protected in controlled facilities. However, MTI will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorised access of your personal information. By maintaining the confidentiality of any password and accounts used on the MTI site, you can also play an important role in keeping your personal information secure.

Access to your information
Unless you become a registered member, MTI does not collect information that identifies you personally. If however, you become a MTI registered member, you are able to change or update your profile at any time
