May 12, 2019 to May 14, 2019

Fascial Counterstrain Musculoskeletal Part 1 explores “Myo-chains”  (strings of muscular tender points) and spinal ligament dysfunctions. Myo-chains are responsible for postural deformities, trunk / extremity pain syndromes, and are one of the most common dysfunctions seen in athletes. Learn to release tension in the spinal ligaments to decompress dysfunctional spinal segments, improving symptoms related to pathologies such as spinal stenosis and disc herniation. Treat ligamentum flavum dysfunctions to correct capsulitis throughout the body and markedly reduces the symptoms associated with osteoarthritis of the involved joints.
